Is there anything more heart warming than watching queues of children making their way to the Crib with their gifts during the singing of Silent Night? It is always a moving experience as their gentleness and generosity help all of us to focus on the true meaning of Christmas.
Children in a number of parishes in the Diocese of Killala presented gifts they wished to donate to other children this Christmas.
The gifts were given to St. Vincent de Paul. In a letter to the parishes involved, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul expressed gratitude for the thoughtfulness and generosity of the children.
